Ruby Red Grapefruit

We originally had no clue that ruby grapefruit jam was a thing. Like our other citrus offerings, this is not a marmalade but a jam. The membranes are removed from the fruit sections and the pith is meticulously shaved off, so all that is used is the pulp and the finely julienned zest which adds texture and flavor without the bitterness. 
 
Ingredients: Organic Star Ruby grapefruits, sugar, organic lemon juice
