Red Raspberry

Raspberries... the queen of berries. They seem to dress up anything they come in contact with. Naturally sweet, tempered with a slightly tart tang, our raspberry confiture hits the mark in retaining that indelible "summer freshness."  
 
For a truly sublime experience, Elaine's favorite pairing is a slice of sourdough baguette spread with a Point Reyes Blue cheese and topped with a dollop of JamAlula Red Raspberry.  It goes well with a blush wine like a zinfandel or rosé.
