Mission Fig

Purple and black skin with a deep earthy flavor like a Cabernet. We just love the thick moistness and overall figgy-goodness. Turns out, we have some real fans for this one and it will not last! To note, we do not cook our figs down to a homogenous mass; our jam is full of fig chunks and our customers love it that way.
 
Ingredients: Black Mission Figs, sugar, lemons
