We have been busy at JamAlula in Lafayette, and our farmers markets. Farmers Markets like the Napa Farmers Market, the Danville Farmers Market, the San Leandro Farmers Market, is where a lot of our fruit comes from. We buy at the beginning of the market and get the best fruit the season has to offer, JamAlula it, et voila: Summer in a jar.
All our fruit is organic, so is the lemon juice š, but Marc refuses to use raw organic sugar. āit produces a sweet jam, that is brownish in color and a fruit taste changed by the molasses in it, not up to JamAlula standardsā
